POLITICAL LEADERSHIP &
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.

A Puerto Rican-American media entrepreneur and conservative political commentator working across Hispanic economic participation, public affairs and civic convening.

Early civic engagement

Delgado has described his civic engagement as beginning in 2004, at age 18, with voter-registration work in Black and Hispanic communities across New York and New Jersey. He says those conversations shaped a lasting belief that civic participation and economic opportunity are connected—and that influence grows when communities are informed, organized and active.

His personal experience with the American justice system also informs his interest in second chances, criminal-justice reform and pathways for people whose potential is often overlooked.

Puerto Rico, technology and enterprise

After Hurricane Maria in 2017, Delgado moved to Puerto Rico and became active in the island’s technology and startup community. His work focused on entrepreneurship, digital skills, mentorship and opportunities for founders building from Puerto Rico.

With financial educator Gabriela Berrospi, known as Gaby Wall Street, he co-founded Latino Wall Street, a Spanish-language financial education and media company. The company reports that it has educated more than 100,000 students. Delgado frames this work around financial literacy, entrepreneurship, ownership and participation in the institutions that shape American economic life.

Political commentary and Hispanic outreach

Delgado has become a visible conservative Hispanic voice on economic policy, immigration, public safety, Puerto Rico, entrepreneurship and Hispanic voting patterns. His appearances include Fox Business, NewsNation, RAV Español, Digital Social Hour and other English- and Spanish-language platforms.

In July 2024, Delgado hosted a Latino town hall with independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The discussion addressed issues including the economy, immigration, education, housing, public health and foreign policy. References to that appearance describe a 2024 campaign engagement and do not imply a current government or MAHA organizational role.

In January 2025, Delgado joined Fox Business’s Varney & Co. to discuss border policy, Mexico and transnational organized crime. His commentary has emphasized that Hispanic voters are politically diverse and that parties must compete for their support through policy and engagement.

CPAC Latino

In June 2025, Latino Wall Street partnered with CPAC for the inaugural CPAC Latino Summit in South Florida. Contemporary reporting identified Delgado as a featured organizer and described the summit’s focus on political and financial freedom for Hispanic audiences. Delgado’s keynote connected economic independence with the creation of businesses, institutions, media platforms and sources of capital.

The initiative continued with CPAC Puerto Rico in May 2026. Delgado served on the host committee and appeared as a keynote speaker. The event convened political, business, religious and civic figures around conservative themes including faith, family, freedom, personal responsibility and economic development.

Mar-a-Lago and Washington

On February 10, 2026, Delgado and Berrospi co-hosted the inaugural Hispanic Prosperity Gala at The Mar-a-Lago Club. Fox Business reported that the event brought together political and business leaders and honored Argentine President Javier Milei with an Economic Freedom Award.

Delgado’s organizations also report convening the America First Correspondents’ Dinner at the National Press Club in April 2026 and the Hispanic 250 Independence Day Reception in Washington on July 4, 2026. These events form part of his broader work connecting Hispanic entrepreneurs, media figures, public officials and civic leaders.

Current work

As of September 2026, Delgado is preparing the Hispanic Heritage Investor Summit at Telemundo Center in Miami and the Hispanic Heritage Gala at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C. Both are upcoming initiatives; invitations or announced participation should not be treated as confirmed attendance unless formally accepted by the individual or office involved.

He is also expanding his political-media work through national television appearances, a weekly RAV Español program and developing Spanish-language media partnerships focused on markets, government, policy and Hispanic public life.

From early voter-registration work to convenings at CPAC Latino, Mar-a-Lago, Puerto Rico and Washington, Delgado’s public philosophy centers on participation and ownership. He argues that Hispanic influence is shaped not only by voting, but also by the businesses, institutions, wealth and media platforms the community builds.
